All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to the 7.75% NYS sales tax and 3% occupancy tax. Additional guests are charged $15 per person per day plus tax above the room rate, not to exceed four guests per room. Children 12 and under stay free in parent’s room.
Capt. Thomson’s Resort is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY. No smoking is allowed in rooms or on balconies or runways. It is allowed only in the parking lot.
The Resort is a two story facility. Access to second floor is by staircase only. Please specify at time of reservation whether you require a first floor room (on availability).
All rooms have hairdryer, coffee maker, mini-fridge & free wireless internet.
The resort has a NO PET policy.
IN SEASON RATES apply on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.
Two night minimum stay required on all weekends OFF SEASON & IN SEASON except over July 4th and Labor Day weekend when a three night minimum stay is required.
One night’s deposit is required; full refund is guaranteed if seven or more days’ advance cancellation notice is given. CHECK-in is at 3 pm and CHECK- OUT is at 11 am.
The resort does not have boat dockage or trailer parking on premises. Trailer parking is available off premises.
Cots are an additional $10 plus tax per day and cribs an additional $5 plus tax per day.
