All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to the 7.75% NYS sales tax and 3% occupancy tax. Additional guests are charged $15 per person per day plus tax above the room rate, not to exceed four guests per room. Children 12 and under stay free in parent’s room. <\/em><\/p>\n

Capt. Thomson’s Resort is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY. No smoking is allowed in rooms or on balconies or runways. It is allowed only in the parking lot. <\/em><\/p>\n

The Resort is a two story facility. Access to second floor is by staircase only. Please specify at time of reservation whether you require a first floor room (on availability). <\/em><\/p>\n

All rooms have hairdryer, coffee maker, mini-fridge & free wireless internet.<\/em><\/p>\n

The resort has a NO PET policy. <\/em><\/p>\n

Outdoor heated pool open Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day.<\/em><\/p>\n

IN SEASON RATES<\/strong> apply on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. <\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Two night minimum stay required on all weekends OFF SEASON & IN SEASON except over July 4th and Labor Day weekend when a three night minimum stay is required. <\/em><\/p>\n

One night’s deposit is required; full refund is guaranteed if seven or more days advance cancellation notice is given. CHECK-in is at 3 pm and CHECK- OUT is at 11 am. <\/em><\/p>\n

The resort has limited boat dockage on premises. Please inquire when making your reservation. Trailer parking is available off premises.<\/em><\/p>\n

Cots are an additional $10 plus tax per day and cribs an additional $5 plus tax per day. <\/em><\/p>\n
